Manual record and snapshot not working

Again the Android App doesn't show the Manual record and snapshot buttons. It works on the computer but not with the admin account or my two guest accounts. I have the Subscription so that's not the problem.
I have the app version: 2.22

I have cleared the cache, data, uninstall and reinstalled the app and those buttons still don't show up.

Why is this still a problem? this same issue has been happening on and off again for years !!!!! and it's still not perfect.

Why is this also not available for local storage users.

The usual answer is that it's because you're set to 4K live viewing. Manual recording and snapshots are available up to 1080p settings.
