We are experiencing an outage of our Google service and are working to resolve the issue..
Again the Android App doesn't show the Manual record and snapshot buttons. It works on the computer but not with the admin account or my two guest accounts. I have the Subscription so that's not the problem. I have the app version: 2.22
I have cleared the cache, data, uninstall and reinstalled the app and those buttons still don't show up.
Why is this still a problem? this same issue has been happening on and off again for years !!!!! and it's still not perfect.
