Logging into Arlo Account from Iphone or from Macbook

My wife is inviting me to have access to two cameras on her account.  When I open up the email she sent me and go to log into my account from my iphone I only see the Arlo branding and no login button or options.   Similarly when I try to open the email from my Macbook, it takes me to a log in page but then the page says that it has timed out?  I can't access my Arlo account this way and therefore I am unable to accept her request to share access to the cameras.

There are a number of bugs that could be responsible.

 

The oldest bug is that you can’t use the Apple platform to successfully accept the granted invite email.

 

The newest bug is that you cannot see shared devices if the main account app is different to the granted user’s account app, which if newly created, requires the main account to be updated to same UI experience which might end up impacting your relationship.

Likely the two-factor authentication timed out.   Do you get the authentication request on your phone when you did this?
