Noticed today that library stopped updating 4 hours ago, cameras show they are recording and as its dark the lights come on. I can see live view and walked in front of the cameras but library not updating, Its the same on all cameras and 4 hubs, they are all on line, same situation on Web, ipad and iPhone, anyone suffering the same or any advice? Thanks

Have you checked the subscription status?
Have you tried making a manual recording?

Checked subscription hasn't changed Arlo Smart Elite, I use local live steaming (I know you can't record when live streaming) so turned that off and can record manually, its affecting all cameras, some recordings are starting to appear - very slowly - suspect Arlo have problems with their servers? Thanks

The Smart Elite subscription is a legacy one. Might be worth canceling that and subscribing to one of the new plans. However, I wouldn't think that would cause the issue but one never knows.
I find I have to refresh my library at times by pulling down the library display like you would for a website refresh.
Of course, there may have been some issue at that time. Is it resolved now?

I haven’t changed anything it started downloading and updating the library overnight and everything back to normal without me changing anything so as I suggested I suspect there was some problem with Arlo servers which was fixed.
The elite subscription is very cheap £99 per annum compared to existing subscription and includes
