Camera won’t turn on and only shows offline

Hi Arlo community, I purchased my Arlo ultra 2 camera kit (4pack) from costco in Nov 2021. Now one of my cameras suddenly when offline.

I took the battery out and made sure it was charged and reinstalled but still showing offline. It won’t blink at all when I insert the current battery or any other battery from the other cameras. I also tried holding down the reset button but no luck. 

I went as far as trying the battery from the offline camera with the other cameras and battery is powering and working fine. 

so this leads me to believe that this camera is done for.

It does sound like a failure.  One last test is to try the battery from a working camera in the off-line one.  You could also try powering the camera with the charger and see if that brings it back to life.

If you have a subscription you can still try phone support.   Likely they won't give you an RMA for an out-of-warranty camera, but I think they might offer a discount on a replacement.
