Is the Arlo Ultra 2 good for commercial use?

Are any of these Cameras good for commercial use? The Camera needs to be mounted high on a few buildings..

For motion detection the range is 25ft so ok for a two story building.
For wifi the range is 300ft with no obstacles.
For resolution you need the subject to stop and look up at the camera to see his facial features.
For constant recording you will need to externally power the camera with continuous power and get a CVR subscription plan.
