Run don't walk away from Arlo.  I wanted to return several power cables ($50 each) I did not use on day 32.  Tough, I own them now.  I wanted to pay to have an Arlo dealer come onsite to make this work; sorry, we won't tell you that. What, you won't tell me somebody who can help me with an Arlo problem - even one I will pay for? 

I now have $ 2k worth of junk.
