I need help to get I need help connecting my ultra 2hub to connect to my I phone.

I have exhausted all the trouble shooting recommendations for adding my new ultra 2 hub to my account. The hub connects to the internet (steady blue LED ) but my Apple 12 phone cannot connect with it. Tried everything suggested  even reset base a number of times. Phone is connected to internet and working. Please help!

Are you using a VPN? If so, disable it. Anything unique about your home network? Arlo is designed to work in the typical home network but some advanced users deviate significantly from that model. 

 

Also, try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app.
