Firmware updates

Cameras state firmware 1.070.52.1_35_1bdb65f base station firmware states 1.21.1.0_1431_9611cf3.  I know all of these are out of date.  Contacted support to be told that firmware is released in batches and needed to wait.  When will I obtain the most recent release?  There have been many other release and I have not received them.  Frustrated.  I have wireless cameras that are not holding charges more than 2 wks.  Should be holding for 3-6 months.  Based on what I read is a firmware issue. Please help

I'm afraid with Arlo you'll not know. In the UK/Europe, there were no firmware updates for a year (at least) until recently, so I'd not build your hopes if I were you. But, you never know.
