I provided access to a friend. They logged on to a PC and collected the code from the email and 'logged on'.
They have gone into the app on their phone and the app indicates it is looking for cameras but finds nothing.
We have updated our phone app and firmware of the hub.
Any advice?

Does the invite status show "Accepted" from your account?
Also, do you see "Library" in your app menu, or do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead?
Does the friend account show the same menu that you see? Both accounts need to match (either both showing "Feed" or both showing "Library"). We can give you some guidance on how to do that if that is your problem.
