I can not record videos manually on my Arlo Ultra 2 cameras

I am not able to  record videos manually on my Arlo Ultra 2 cameras using the Arlo App on my iphone. The recording icon does not show even after tapping the screen. On the other hand, I am able to record videos on my laptop. Please how to solve this problem when using iphone?

Firstly try deleting and reinstalling the app again.

Do you have 4K livestreaming enabled?  If you do, try turning it off.

If it's not enabled, then I suggested reinstalling the app.

FWIW, I am not seeing this on my own iPhone (a 12 mini).
