Hi,
I have 4 Arlo Ultra cameras set up, each with its own activity zone defined. They were all working fine but recently I started to receive notifications from the motion detected outside the activity zones. Any suggestion to troubleshoot?
Thanks.

Is there no motion at all inside the zone?
The cameras trigger from a passive infrared (PIR) sensor, and are not looking at the video at all. Then the Arlo Cloud analyzes the stream - if it sees any motion in the zone, it continues with the notification process. Otherwise it discards the stream.
You might start by tuning the motion sensitivity. Walk around in the field of view while running the motion detection test. Find the lowest sensitivity that detects you reliably. Then set the sensitivity to something slightly above this value. If you find you can lower the sensitivity, then you will get fewer notifications overall, so fewer unwanted ones.
I also suggest removing and recreating the zones.
