I received a fraudulent charge of $42.79 on my debit card from Arlo Technologies this morning and I would like to have this handled. I have never bought a product from Arlo Technologies before and have made this account solely to deal with this charge. I've seen other topics similar to this where others made tickets on their behalf. Can someone do that for me, please? I live on a fixed income and my bank can't remove the charge until it finishes pending. I would like it canceled.

I have reached out to supper regarding the charges you received, support will be reaching out to you as soon as possible. However, I do suggest reaching out to your financial institution, as these charges are generally from a compromised card.

I did reach out and they're sending me a new card. This also wasn't the only charge to my account like this. I can't believe the audacity of some people, you know? It's the holiday season and they're running around stealing other people's information, buying things with money they have no right using. I don't know what goes through their minds.
