For some reason I can’t keep the videos that been recorded on my camera and it keep saying subscribe. And I keep subscribing but nothing happens. No recorded videos. What’s going on

How many subscriptions have you paid for? How many cameras do you have?
You need to manage each subscription to a camera using the desktop browser login to my.arlo.com settings /subscription.
