After two years of use, we've tried all the settings, but the image quality is still disappointing. There’s no way this can be called 4K – the picture is blurry and unclear. We are disappointed and expected much better quality. A complete waste of money.

I'm sorry, Shayne, but you know, too, that the quality of footage is sub par. And I agree with the user above - over the years the decision has been made to reduce frames per second and also to compress the video. Indeed, my ultras' image quality is blurry with faces difficult to see, especially at nighttime.

Is this durning live streaming or playing back a recording? I personally see high resolution/clear images during day and night with recording and local 4k streaming.
Do you see the 4k badge in the recording Title and when live streaming in the top left corner?

I know that if you beam your camera 2 inches from one's face, you'll get clear footage. Thing is that
I have a recording from Arlo HD in 2018 where the quality of the footage is clearer from the same location.
Arlo is the only company that I know that instead of improving the quality of the footage, it's making it worse by reducing the frames per second and also compression.
In other words, Arlo is employing punitive measures for the fact that I dared to spend my hard earned money on your cameras.
And I idiotically thought there was a problem with my internet connection that made the footage worse.
