The option to directly access the SD card in the SmartHub doesn't work. When I select the Hub from the drop-down menu, I get the message:
"There was an error obtaining your library. Arlo
Team is working on this issue."
My question: What's the target date for this fix?
My trial is running out soon and these cameras will pretty much be bricks if I can't view the recordings without a subscription.

Try rebooting your hub and phone to see if there's a difference. Do you have another device you could try?
