Depends. What does it say is included on the box?

It doesn't say what is " in the box" on the website, but the picture shows 2 cameras and the hub.

On Arlo's product page it does say in the "what's in the box" section it includes a Hub. It should also say that on the actual box. You should contact the retailer you ordered from or Arlo if you bought it from them.
