Hi,

finding that the gap between movement in front of a camera and alerts in the app are getting greater …currently about 1-2 mins.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Can you please uninstall and reinstall the app? Also, have you tried to increase the motion sensitivity for the camera?
