Hey I’m facing a very frustrating and upsetting situation and I’m considering suing Arlo if I don’t have answers to my questions asked many times to the team support
why do I keep hearing these voices (voices that I recognise) saying nasty stuff from every single days when I watch my my cameras.
also why do I keep being disconnected because my account is being used on another device while I have no other person added to my account and 2 steps authentication activated.
cameras have been reset and it keeps happening.
has anyone been through this before?

Note I don't work for Arlo (this is a user-to-user forum).
Are you hearing these voices
- when you are using the Arlo app?
- when you are using a PC (my.arlo.com)
- watching the cameras some other way (Apple Home or Google Home)?
Do you hear them when you are away from home on your phone?
Are they in recordings in the Library/Feed? Or are you only hearing them when livestreaming the cameras?

Can you please dm me a video of where you hear the voices please. When the cameras are being disconnected are you getting a notification of some sort that they were disconnected and if so what is that message? You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.

taking the time
here are the details I can give you with certitude.
i can hear the voices regardless of which platform I use to watch the livestreams or replays
im pretty certain that i hear them from anywhere (inside the house or at work)
i have them saved
it is also important to note that (I am now convinced) I’m being stalked by several people, day and night.
The funny thing is the cameras never ever caught them physically except this one time 2 weeks ago but of course instead of the usual 2 min long setting Vedio clip I only had One clip of 13 sec and another one of 1sec
What type of wichery am I dealing with please.

good morning
i never received such a thing as “ a would be very handy alert” to let me know that my cameras have been disconnected. The best I got was my widget all black with a warning sign on it. You have to click on the sign tonsee wjwr the fuss is about.

I’m exhausted, my writing is awful right now.
It sometimes takes up to 5 min to get them back up and running
the trick I found that works best for now is to manually turn each device off then back on again.

It does sounds like your account might have been hacked.
But it might be more than your Arlo account - it might also be other accounts (and your phone/PCs).
