Has anyone else had terrible experiences with the customer service over the phone? I was placed on hold 9 times and on the phone for 2 hours with 3 different people because I didn't get the mounting bracket that was supposed to be in the box. Worst customer service experiences EVER!!!

I am sorry you were not happy with the customer service you were provided. That is not at all how we want our customers to feel. Were you able to get the mounting bracket? If not, I can create a ticket for support.
