My Ultra 2 camera is showing a continuous orange light.
The battery is fully charged.
The connection to the WiFi/basestation is strong.
I have tried the factory reset.
Any other suggestions?

Unfortunately I have tried this and it is absolutely impossible to get through to someone for official support, which is why I've posted my problem to the community. Arlo is crap when it comes to after sale support.

Do you have a subscription? That's required for contacting official support. Since it sounds like the camera is faulty, that's the only way to possibly get an RMA if the camera is within warranty.
