Depending on the sun movement of summer/winter I need to move the solar panel on one Ultra 2 camera to get full sun. Is there a splitter to connect two solar panels to one camera? If not, is there another solution someone has found?

No such thing unless you made one yourself. I find I just change the angle 2x per year - winter and summer but sometimes not at all. While there's a big difference in the angle, it's not like the sunlight isn't making power on a mis-pointed panel. My cameras have more of an issue due to temps (<32F so no charging) than solar panel aiming.
