This used to work for me, but currently when I try to open a live view of any of my cameras in the web portal, I get a blank white screen.  It works perfectly in Chrome, but not in Edge.  I have the latest video drivers, browser version and windows updates.  I have tried clearing all cached data and cookies.  I have tried rebooting.  Nothing I can think of seems to help.

Anything else I could try?

Are you still seeing this same behavior?

Yes, unfortunately it still doesn't work on one computer in edge, but chrome is fine.  On my second computer it works in either browser.

My apologies for the delay in my response as we were closed for the holidays. I have let our team know about the behavior you are seeing in the Edge browser. I will update you as soon as possible.

Great thank you!  Any help you can provide would be great.  I picked up an Arlo doorbell camera and that for whatever reason displays black and my ultra 2 shows all white.

I'm having the same issue. Live view works on Chrome but just displays a white box on Edge. Live view worked fine on Edge when I first set up my cameras (December).

FWIW, Livestreaming with Edge (1.32.0.9257.127) is working on my Win 11 PC.

Sorry for not including those details. My Edge version is 132.0.2957.127, PC is Win11.

Just to add - my browser is set to use hardware acceleration when available, and the processor is an Intel i7-1355U.  4K livestreaming is enabled in the app settings (though that shouldn't matter since the browser streaming is limited to 1080p H.264).

It might be informative to try turning off hardware acceleration in the browser settings, just to see if that matters.

To clarify - it sounds like playing recordings works for you, but livestreaming does not.  Is that the case?

Recordings play fine, it's just live view that is blank (white). I disabled graphics acceleration, no difference.

I take "no difference" back: without graphics acceleration, videos wouldn't play properly.

Likely that is because they are 4K/HEVC.

But the issue really is seeing the livestream, correct?  Which doesn't work on your system no matter what the setting.

Just wondering - does Chrome behave differently?

Yes, live view shows fine on Chrome.
