Can't Play Library Videos in Safari

Recently set up camera.  No problem watching library videos on my Android or live on PC or Mac in major browsers.  However, all browsers and OS not able to stream from library.  You would like to think Arlo would make an effort to allow library videos to stream from a relatively new Mac or PC with the latest browser version!  Not happy that I had to spend an hour or so fishing for an answer.  Called tech support and they weren't ultimately informative (plus I got disconnected and no one called back).   I can stream library vids on Win 10 after I downloaded a 99 cent HEVC app from the Microsoft store.  Still haven't figured it out on a Mac.  Does not work on Safari on my machine.

Do you have the latest version of macOS installed. I was able to playback a 4k recording in my library via Safari with macOS Monterey Version: 12.3.1 (21E258)
