Can “Arlo ultra 2”/VMB5000 connected to Apple Homekit be triggered by outdoor motion sensor such as Philips Hue (via Apple Homekit)?

Can “Arlo ultra 2” on VMB5000 connected to Apple Homekit be triggered via Apple Homekit by another “Arlo ultra 2” on the same VMB5000  on the same Apple Homekit?
