Camera offline

I have 4 cameras. 3 are online while one doesn't connect. It's week within the distance to the home base. Can anyone explain what I can do to get this one camera online please?

Can you confirm that these are all Ultras?  If not, please provide the camera models (and the base model).

The first troubleshooting step is to swap the camera with one of the three that are working ok, and then see if the problem moves with the camera or stays with the location.
