I have a Arlo essential doorbell working on WiFi. I plugged my new VMB5000 smart hub into my router using the Ethernet cable supplied. Opened the Arlo app to add the VMB5000. The LED flashes orange but at the next stage, no Arlo devices can be found (even my doorbell). I have installed the batteries in the new Ultra 2 cameras but they also cannot be found. I can't progress through the app until something is found. I must be missing a vital point but can anyone tell me what it is?

OK, problem solved - it was connected to WAN and not LAN. Thanks.
