I am unable to add back cameras removed from base station.  One of these was 100% functional and I wanted to relocate it to another base station to move it further away from my house.   Another was having issues staying online due to erroneous low temperature, and Arlo technical support asked me to remove.  Arlo tech support tried to blame having 300 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload speed as the issue.  Now I have two cameras that I cannot use.

Anyone else having similar issues?  Anyone find a solution?  I'm fairly annoyed that merely trying to move a camera from base station to another made my camera unusable.

If I'm correct, you have removed both cameras from your account so they're no longer seen anywhere, right? If so, have you tried the reset procedure? This one is for the old user interface (UI) that uses Library to view videos - if seeing Feed, use the link near the top to get the new directions.

The "erroneous" camera may simply be faulty so continue to talk to support for a possible RMA.

No under warranty.  I've tried many reset several times and tried adding the cameras back dozens of times.   1 of the 2 cameras was 100% functionality with no issues whatsoever, the other camera did have a false positive with low temperature, and was coming online and offline intermittently over the prior 24 hours.  Definitely seems like a software problem with the mobile app or base station.  Support asked me to reset a base station.  I am afraid that 2 more working cameras will then be unusable.  Not sure what to do here.

I suppose it could somehow be a faulty hub causing your issues but that does seem like a stretch. I'd start by rebooting your router and hub, in that order, to make sure there's no network thing going on. After that, I'm afraid the most likely next step is to remove all devices from your account and start fresh.

I have 3 base stations and 11 cameras, and I cannot add the 2 removed cameras back to any of the 3 basestations.  I've tried rebooting the ISP modem, wifi router, wifi extender, and base stations.  Nothing seems to work.  I have not tried removing a base station, because I fear I will then have 4 unusable cameras instead of 2.

I also have QoS, Access Control, and Traffic Metering enabled, so I cannot absolutely rule out # of devices on network or ISP speed being an issue as with Access Control I can temporarily block all devices connecting to wifi router except a base station and mobile device with the arlo app.
