Just in the past week, one of my ARLO Ultra2 with the XL Battery keeps on turning off.  Its not offline, the battery is over 60%.  I go into settings and the camera is OFF, just turn it ON and everything is fine.

For a couple of hours, then the same thing.

No network changes, no system changes, the battery in the  ARLO Ultra2 has not been changed in over a week.

Are you seeing this in

  1. the app
  2. PC browser
  3. or both?

He's talking about reinstalling it (going through the reset procedure).

Have you shared the camera with anyone else who may be turning it off? You may want to change your password just in case.

 

It may also take removing and onboarding the camera again will fix the issue.

what exactly do you mean by onboarding the camera?

Are you talking about reinstalling it
