Arlo Ultra Won't Connect

I have an Ultra (model VMC5040) that has never seemed to work right. I've reset it multiple times (by holidng the reset button 10-15 seconds until it clicks) and I can add it back to my system without an issue. It recognizes motion when I walk in front of it (as the LEDs come on). However, when I try to connect to watch the live video it never connects. (It says "connecting" and the progress icon spins.)
When I try to "position the camera", it says "please wait", and then "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again."
I've tried viewing via the app and via the web with the same result.
I've tried connecting it to both of my hubs and have the same result.
Firmware is 1.070.52.1_35_1bdb65f
Hardward is H8
Any ideas? I'm stumped.

I might guess it's an account issue. Use Settings, Support (old UI) or Settings, Support Center (new UI) to select the Ultra camera and get options to contact official support.

The app is n eeded. The web just gives you a link to support - not the same.
