Ultra 2 XL battery meters stuck on 100%

I’m getting that same issue from a while back where the battery meter on my Ultra 2 XL cameras get stuck on 100% right up until they go dead. This is on iOS and iPadOS apps like last time, only this time it also happened on an android app as well. It seems to be associated with having the Arlo solar panel attached. 

Anyone else experiencing this?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

The fix is to disconnect and reconnect the solar panels, which requires a ladder and is a hassle. Removing and replacing the battery or solar panel doesn’t prevent it from recurring again, it just fixes it one time. The sticking happens periodically, not every single time after fixing it.
