Arlo Ultra SmartHub VMB5000r6 add to HomeKit never finishes

Hi,

My new VMB5000r6 is unable to be added to HomeKit. Using the Arlo app it is stuck at the Connecting ui forever and through the Home App it says that the accessory can not be used with home kit.

Can you help?

I have reset your HomeKit tokens, please reboot your base station and try again.

Hi and good morning. I am attempting to do the same thing and cannot get past the initial HomeKit add. I select the SmartHub from the list, click Set up on the HomeKit line, click the basestation I see listed and then after scanning the HomeKit QR code, it stalls. Do you need my SN or MAC #?
