Arlo Ultra 2 spotlight camera

Very new kit.

The first rechargeable battery needs charging.

All connected up. I have followed the troubleshooting suggestions.

The battery is not taking a charge

Any suggestions

Did you let it completely discharge?  (best not to do that).
