Arlo Ultra 2 one of five cameras stopped recording/streaming

I have 5 Ultra 2 cameras connected via an Arlo hub. One stopped recording and I cannot get it to show a live feed. The other four cameras are working fine. Any suggestions as to what I should try?

First, make sure the problem camera is charged.

Then try bringing the problem camera inside (ideally in the same room as the smarthub, about 6-10 feet away), and see if it responds when when it is close.
