Arlo Ultra 2 log in issues

I have a new cell and tried to log in to Arlo.  I was texted a code but there is NO keyboard on the app in order to type it in.  After that, Arlo requested my email and password but again I have no way to do that since there is no keyboard.  I logged in to my desktop to post this since I still can't get in. Is there any way to sync my iMac and iphone so they both have Arlo available?

The keyboard is a function of the phone. Usually simply clicking on one of the fields will pop up the keyboard. The app itself doesn't provide a keyboard.
