I’m trying to set up my new Arlo Ultra 2 Smart Hub but it won’t connect to the app. Power isn’t an issue and the LED in the front is solid blue showing it has an adequate connection to the router but I can’t seem to “discover” it on the app.

Can you try adding the base station using the arlo web portal/website login with a pc connected to the local network router modem.
If you’re new system is second hand you may need to factory reset the base station so the app can claim it unless it has not been released by the previous owners account.
