I'm looking to upgrade my Arlo system and replace out my older Pro 2 Cameras to the newer Ultra 2 cameras. Problem is, every website/seller that I visit has some kind of different model number for not only the camera, but the 2, 3 and 4 camera sets. I see one model number on the Arlo site, another model number "variation" on Amazon, which is different on Best Buy, and Costco. So if anyone can provide a definative model numbering system for the Ultra 2, it would be appreciated. So far I see VMC or VMS as a prefix, then either a 5040, 5240, or 5440, then 2CCNAS, 200NAS, etc.
Then there's item #1450233.....
Probably a easy explanation, just hard to comparison shop when everyone uses a different model number code.

VMS is supposed to be a system (e.g., bundle) sku
VMC is supposed to be a camera
Unfortunately Arlo doesn't seem to alway follow their own conventions on the prefix. If you also want a smarthub, that should be included in the VMSxxxx products, but not the VMCxxxx.
Either way, you should see if you can find a "what's in the box" section of the sales web page.

5240,
5440,
5040 is a single camera.
5240 is a two camera kit
5440 is a four camera kit
Another variation is whether you get a "total security mount" or not. If you aren't sure about that, then you probably should pick a package that doesn't have it.

The NAS bit is for North America. Generally I see -200NAS. I don't know for sure what -2CCNAS signifies, but I think it might be specific to Costco.

Thanks for the clarification. The Ultra 2 at 4K looks promising, but I'm still looking at the Pro 5S 2K kits.
