Arlo Ulra 2 3 pack cameras not working

As I’ve seen in another thread I am not the only one that has purchased a 3 pack of Ultra 2 cameras with 3 cameras that don’t work. I purchased 2 different packages from Best Buy in Canada and neither of them had cameras that would work. No LED, wouldn’t power up with fully charged batteries OR magnetic charging cable (which Arlo support sent to me and does not come in the 3 camera pack). I assume this is due to a bad batch from production.
I guess my question is is there any way to contact Arlo other than the chat to inquire about this obvious issue and how to ensure I can purchase cameras that aren’t part of this production line?
