I’m trying to connect my basestation VMB5000r6 to Apple HomeKit. I have failed several times when following the official guides. I how gave it a new try with the updated Arlo App. Still doesn’t work.
I have turned Arlo off and on in iPhone HomeKit security settings. I have restarted the base station. It has the latest firmware. I have factory reset base station and added it back to the Arlo app (and I’ll have to reconnect all cameras again…).
In the Arlo app, I click the base station, click ”HomeKit”, select the base station, select my HomeKit Home and a rooms that already exists in HomeKit. The app ”request HomeKit info”, I get an image with how to find the qr-code, click ”Continue” and it says in an orange band ”Operation Canceled”
I’m stuck, what can I do more?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Thanks - that fixed my problem! I have had this problem for a long time, good to have it sorted out. (I did a restart by unplugging base station. After that I also needed to restart base station using the app. After that I was able to connect to Apple HomeKit).
