Hub (vmb4540r2) with 12 H9 Arlo cameras and a usb hard drive can’t see recordings

When I initially set up the system I could see the recordings in the library. Nothing has changed but now “videos stored on Arlo station are not available “ shows when I go to the library. I can hear the recording on the hard drive when I connect it to my computer. I have also tried another hard drive with the same results.
