So whilst resetting the camera after birds have been using it like a spring board, Im suddenly left thirty feet up in the air,with a $400 dollar camera in one hand,and a phone with an app telling me to log back in.

Said app then proceeds to tell me my password is incorrect ( Which it wasnt).

So down the ladder and come inside and reset the password via email...a good five minutes passes,and it arrives.Reset password.

Okay,now that Im at my computer,check the camera..."six digit code will be sent to your mobile"
Seriously?
Could have done up the ladder!!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot use a past password....

And you wonder why people write them down...

So my new password is the expletives of what I think of your IT security....
