Added wife as a friend (grant access) but not receiving push notifications?

I just picked up three Ultra 2 camera’s. I’ve added my wife as a friend but she is not getting the push notifications like my account. She doesn’t want emails, she wants them to be push notifications. Is this possible with Arlo cameras?

yes.... SMS is global, all get them there in no choice... emails can be to some shared users

I would have her uninstall, reinstall the app and then check the permissions for the app in phone.
