Account can’t verify upgrade to iPhone 15. Deleted and reinstalled app on new phone

Account wants to ping/verify the last 2 iPhones with no option to select new iPhone 15. I deleted the app, reinstalled and logged back in without success. Also reset password. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
