Access to Deceased Father's Account

I am unable to access my father's account and I need it to monitor his home.
He lived by himself and he was the only person that had access to the camera system. I prefer not to reset but rather take over his account because I would like to keep the old footage.
If someone can help, it would be greatly appreciate! I have been looking everywhere to get help and it seems like the forum is my best bet! Thank you in advance!

Sorry to hear abut your father.
I'm tagging the mods ( @JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN ) so they can create a case for you.
In the meantime, I suggest collecting some data that would help identify the account/system. Your father's email address, base station and camera serial numbers would be useful. There should be a label on the base that has it's serial number. If the camera opens, then remove it from the housing and take out the battery. There is a label behind it that has the serial number.
