How is possible and how I can fix this ? I try live chat but seams that are only solutions about devices. 

My subscription is Smart Premier Multicamera

You should try the support link below to call support. Yea the math doesn't work out unless i am missing something in your county. The two dots in the total don't makes sense either. Mabey a moderator will chime in.

Live chat is only arbot ... and there is no references regarding the invoice issue.

There is no mal address for contact ....
