Where to find promo code? Tried contacting support team but did not hear back yet.

Bought my set from Sam’s Club.  I never signed up for the 90 day trial. I’m now currently trying to sign up for my Smart Plan, mind you I not tech friendly.  I’ve called customer service waited for ever. Left my # for a Callback days ago and I’m still waiting. I just need to know where I find the Promo code.   😩   
I have know complaints about the systems.  It’s  just there customer service sucks!  Don’t they want monthly memberships?
