I see in the App I can choose a Premier Smart Plan and a Elite Smart Plan. I see no other options for add a CVR plan. I want one of my cameras to do 24/7 recording. Where can I find the CVR option?

What version of the Arlo Mobile App are you using? Did you go to Settings > Subscription?
Did you log out and check again?
Do you see the CVR option on the Web Portal?

Thank you for your reply. I am following the excact steps that you linked. I also trying by the website and CVR is NOWHERE to be found. I've purchased Arlo Smart Premier, and is still on the free trial. I've attached a screen of the subscribtion options, to show the frustration that it is not there.

I have attached a screenshot below for you. When on the web portal you should see the CVR Subscription under Settings > Subscription > Current Subscription & Plan
