Trying to get 5-camera subscription for 69 DKK but getting error. Tried using different credit card.

I am having a problem with getting a subscription. I am trying to get this 5 camera subscription.

for 69 DKK. (danish kroners) I am from Denmark. Everytimes I tried orange banner error comes up. and says 

( we are sorry. We are having problems with this transaction )

now I have spened so much times/ weeks with costumer care and many other cumputers and 

defferent credit cards and so on. and still nottings works.

Can anybody help?
