Trying to add my address for e911 but system can't find it. New build but street address existed.

I'm trying to add my address for E911 and the system can't find it. Granted this is a new build but the street address has existed since October. So how long until Arlo updates their maps and recognize my address?

So I tried contacting support, and they're not helping. So if the support team is reading this board, I still need help.
The link y'all gave me for my case is https://www.arlo.com/portal/onlinecaseupdate.aspx?val=cD2NZnOq7M5rl3brMDBn4mGga6J+A7+SaM766/X95fDgOp... and it's not working. I get 404s.
Case number 41658234
To answer the questions on that ticket:
1. Yes.
2. The address is in the screenshot uploaded to that ticket.
3. Not posting the serial number publicly, if the support portal starts working I'll post it there.
4. It was within the last month so this is a brand new doorbell.
5. I already attached a screenshot of the error on the case.
The KB article doesn't solve the problem of my address not being recognized because y'all's maps are out of date.
