Smarthub dropping connection

My smarthub is CONSTANTLY dropping connection. When I’m out of town, and I check my cameras, the entire thing says disconnected. It will often reconnect on its own after some

time.

That may or may not be real. When at home, does it also go offline? If so, what does the hub's LED show?
